A lot of people, especially those who don't live here or have ever visited assume Oklahoma is flat and looks like one big gigantic prairie. Nothing could be further from the truth. Yes, we have sections of the state that are a part of the Great Plains and rolling hills, but depending on where you go that changes.

The town has areas that are completely filled with chat or mine tails that contain dangerous amounts of Lead, Zinc, and other metals.
