The final phase of the project is expected to include handicap accessible family rooms, as well as handicap accessible showers and changing rooms. A co-ed sauna, hot tub, massage therapy room and a relaxation room with a big-screen TV are also included in the final phase of the project. Previous phases of the overall project included work on the swimming pool in 2015, as well as a new gymnasium and new fitness equipment in other phases of the project.

The new phase includes updating both the boys and girls locker rooms, as well as adding a Family Special Needs locker room. These locker rooms will be ADA compliant, with showers, toilets and an ample dressing area. The project will also add five family rooms, three of those will also be rated to the same ADA compliance.

During the initial part of the project, the girls and boys locker rooms will be closed, and will not be accessible while work is going on in that area.
