Oklahoma Man Wows Judges on American Idol and Advances

If you're a fan of American Idol you have a whole new reason to tune in and cheer. There's a man from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma who's a contestant. He wowed the judges and earned a "Golden Ticket."

His name is Tanner Charles and last Sunday night he performed an original song called "Golden Eyes" and dedicated it to his girlfriend. Needless to say, all three judges were impressed by his performance.

It's great to see an Oklahoman compete on American Idol and who knows he could end up winning it all. It's time for another Okie to win! Remember Carrie Underwood, she won season 4 of Idol and is still going strong.
