Oklahoma City's Taylor Williams Brings Cowboy Charm To Love Island

Part cowboy, part model, Taylor Williams from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is appeared on the next season of "Love Island USA." The reality show centers around a group of people selected from various parts of the U.S. who live together in a villa, searching for opportunities to find their forever person. Williams is one of the ten contestants for season seven of the show that kicked off earlier this week.

For most of us, we know that reality TV isn't the best portrayal of how "real" things really are. But, it will be different to see someone who comes from humble beginnings with a down-to-earth personality like Williams who can add a more personal touch to the show.

According to the Oklahoman, "This season of "Love Island USA" will again allow viewers to vote on their favorite couples using the Love Island USA app" to decide to who can stay longer to find love or who will be sent home sooner than they expect.

Taylor Williams: A literal cowboy.

Around here, we like to refer to people who enjoy using the term 'cowboy' without actually putting in a days' work as "yuppies." That seems to be the exact opposite of Williams, as he is not only an Oklahoma State University (OSU) cowboy graduate but also a true horseman.

His TikTok is filled with horse-themed videos, rodeo content and just a good representation of the "western experience." Ironically, something that's difficult to find in Oklahoma's most metro part of the city.

You can tell a lot about a person by the way the people and animals behave around them. Williams obviously has a deep passion for his horses and his history, just look at the various videos and stories that he's shared with his mare.

Although he mentioned in his interview for "Love Island USA" that dating a city girl would "be cool," he's mentioned before some of his top picks for country girls that might fit the bill better for him.

But, at the end of the day, love works in mysterious ways and we're not going to know until we see how this season turns out.
