Oklahoma State Fair Announces New Theme For Exciting Event

Although it's still four months away, the Oklahoma State Fair is already getting started sharing the news about the ten day celebration.

This year's theme for the fair is "Let's Go Again!" After all, the carnival and musical performances alone can take up an entire day's worth of fun - that doesn't include the rest of the humongous list of exhibits, events and activities that visitors can participate in.

You Can Participate, Too!

Along with their announcement about this year's theme, they are also calling for live and local talent from around the state to perform at this year's fair on the Bandshell stage. From musicians to dancers and other acts, they want the opportunity to showcase all of this state's talent! Animal Lovers Will Love This

During the state fair, there are also other shows and performances happening, but with animals. FFA and 4H kids are hard at work showing their livestock, while they also have horse shows, a goat milking experience and more. If you're truly handy, you can try your best at the Farmhand Olympics also taking place this year.

Oklahoma is more than just farming, though. That's why they've included some extraordinary events like Skylines at the Oklahoma State Fair Esports Tournament, the Putters Cup, and even an "Out of this World" event for the Seniors.

There's still an entire list of other off the wall events, along with exhibits, displays and performances that could take up an entire newspaper. There's so much to do and so much time to do it - ten days to be exact. This year's Oklahoma State Fair is happening September 12 - 22 and after the first day, we're sure you'll want to go again.
