Oklahoma Tulips is reopening for fall flowers on Friday, October 10.
U-pick farms are extremely popular in Oklahoma, but there are definitely ones that stand out above all of the others. The Oklahoma Tulips farm is really well known for the variety of flowers they grow, the views around the farm, and what families can take home when they visit.
They recently closed for a short period to allow their sunflowers more time to completely bloom before visitors can come and pick them. They don't just have your traditional vibrant yellow sunflowers, but other gorgeous florals, too.
They will be open:
- Friday, October 10 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, October 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday, October 12 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Free entry and other quick saves during sunflower season at Oklahoma Tulips.
Although you can attend the farm for a peaceful day to yourself, the u-pick experience is unforgettable for families of all ages, including seniors. From now until the end of sunflower season, which is weather-dependent, they're allowing everyone to come and take home their own grown flowers.

It's not just about picking flowers, either. They'll have games, pumpkins, wellness goods, and homemade goodies like jalapeno jellies and pickles.
The end of sunflower season usually comes in late September or October.
This year, we've already started to see some chilly temperatures over the past few days, but things are still relatively warm for this time of year.
If you want to get some of the best photos with the flowers as vibrant as they will get, you might want to get them sooner rather than later, since it could be any day before the cold finally arrives for good.
