Earlier this week organizers of (SQ-820) began collecting all the required signatures on a petition that would place the state question of legalizing recreational marijuana for adults in the Sooner State on the ballot this November.

The former champ is taking a bite out of the weed market.

Programs like this are going on throughout the country and Oklahoma is FINALLY getting one.

You've probably heard all the rumors and stories online and elsewhere, well it's true. A petition has been filed by an Oklahoma cannabis advocacy group named ORCA (Oklahoman's for Responsible Cannabis Action) to legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 and over.

With today being 420 the officially unofficial National cannabis culture day it would be a good time to discuss the do's and don't and get some instruction pre-flight on what to do if you're too high on weed.

Today's the day (12-04-20) that marijuana could become legal across all 50 states. Congress will be voting on the MORES Act (Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act) that would decriminalize cannabis Nationwide.
