LATS (Lawton Area Transit System) will no longer enforce the national mask mandate or require passengers to wear face masks and coverings while using/riding public transit. Nothing says you can't wear a mask if you want to, it's just not mandatory, nor will any further enforcement of face masks or coverings continue.

It was just announced that LPS (Lawton Public Schools) will be temporarily closing down all of its campuses for in-person learning for the remainder of the week.
