A New Restaurant is Coming to the Central Plaza in Lawton, OK.

Get ready, a brand new restaurant is coming to Lawton, Fort Sill. It will be located downtown at the Central Plaza in the old White Buffalo location. That's great news, but it gets even better. It's opening very soon!

So what is the new restaurant and what will they be serving? It's called the La Grand Cantina and will serve authentic and modern Mexican cuisine. The menu will be filled with favorites and some all-new dishes to try.

We've been hearing rumors online and elsewhere about the new place but weren't too sure exactly what it was going to be, and when it could be opening. So we stopped by this morning to check it all out and see.

The marquee sign for Central Plaza has announced it and there's a sign hanging outside at the old White Buffalo location that also confirms all the rumors. While taking photos we were invited in to take a peek.

We met with Moni Ramos who's the co-owner and manager along with his partner Victor Ramos. They let us come in and get some pictures and talked with us about the new restaurant. It sounds absolutely amazing!

La Grand Cantina will have a wide menu of traditional Mexican food along with all the popular modern or Tex-Mex dishes. Both Moni and Victor have 20 to 30 years in the business and in the kitchen. Can't wait to try it.

We really appreciate them letting us hang out, take a few photos, and talk with us about the new restaurant. The place looks incredible and there's tons of space. From what they told us they could be open next week.

As a matter of fact, it could be as early as this Monday or Tuesday. Looking forward to having another place to eat in Lawton, Fort Sill and in downtown. After hearing about the menu I can't wait to grab a bite to eat.
