• Cook one pound of sausage until no longer pink.
• Throw in about 3/4 of a cup of flour, or pancake mix.
• Stir until it all balls up with the sausage grease.
• Fill your pan about an inch away from the top with milk.
• Put in a teaspoon of salt and about a half teaspoon of pepper.
• Stir until all your gravy clouds are gone and the mix thickens.
