Get Lucky At One Of Oklahoma’s Largest St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations
With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner, one of the largest block parties in Oklahoma is gearing up to go down on Saturday, Mar. 15. Don't forget to wear green and bring your family and friends to one of the biggest festivals held in downtown Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
ShamRock the Rose District in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma hosts fun for all ages.
Usually, most people think of St. Patrick's Day as a very adult-oriented celebration. But Broken Arrow opens up the opportunities for everyone to have fun, including children. Not only do they include a variety of venders to cater to nearly every shopping experience, but they have also made their very own Kids Zone.
Along with vendors, the streets are lined with food trucks of all kinds to keep families fed while enjoying the festivities.
Speaking of festivities, the live music is non-stop during the celebration. Starting at 5 p.m., ShamRock will have classic rock, country and other artists playing until the last band ends their set at 10 p.m.
Fun for the adults & beer lovers at St. Pat's Day Celebration in Broken Arrow.
For those not wanting to bring the kids and really enjoy the 21 and up perks, there are a variety of breweries bringing the best beer for patrons to try at the Beer Garden. Even the brewery ranked #1 in the world by Tulsa World will be there this year, sharing their craft with the rest of Oklahoma.
ShamRock the Rose District also supports Oklahoma's veterans.
ShamRock the Rose District is Broken Arrow's celebration for both St. Patrick's Day and for our country's incredible veterans. The event organizers partner each year with the organization Soldier's Wish, which strives to change the lives of veterans for the better. Those who support ShamRock also support the efforts to provide assistance and/or experiences for Oklahoma's veterans.
