The owners, Wes and Leah Miller, have worked for years building this business literally from the ground up. Now. they run a massive operation with over 45 employees to help run the deli, cafe and prepare the home-grown goodies tourists can take home after their meal.

Make sure you bring your own ice chest to keep those goodies cool while you visit the other wonderful shops in Choteau.

Although the Amish have learned to create their own version of technology that can align with their own beliefs, some have opted to remain off the bandwagon. Rachel's Amish Kitchen is one of Choteau's hidden secrets since you won't find much information from them online. But, you will find a ton of raving reviews about the incredible food, the clean and beautiful home the food is served in and the A-class hospitality from the people at Rachel's.

You'll want to put the address in the GPS ahead of time. If you're planning on going with a group, do keep in mind that reservations are required ahead of time for group visits.

The Amish have been known to be friendly and welcoming, but none are friendlier than the Miller Family. In some occasions, some customers recall meeting Earl Miller and even learning a new language he taught while enjoying unbeatable food. Unlike many of the other shops and restaurants, Earl and Lisa Miller serve their food right from their home; therefore, visitors should contact them ahead of time. But, according to immense amounts of people, it is well worth the wait.
