Ford Recalls Thousands of Ford Vehicles Due To Camera Issues
Ford, the most sold vehicle manufacturer in Oklahoma, just announced a recall of nearly 75,000 vehicles with camera issues, specifically with the rear cameras.
Ford Recalls Thousands of Vehicles Due To Rear Camera Issue
According to the safety recall report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Ford vehicles made between January and March of 2021 are suspected to have rear-camera issues. The safety issue is linked to the warped or blank images displayed from the review camera.
Although the Administration only suspects 2% of the nearly 73,000 vehicles to have the defect, they want to resolve any issues before they may cause any problems for Ford owners.
Ford Vehicles Made Between 2021 & 2022 Could Have Rear Camera Defect
If drivers own a Ford Expedition made between January 4, 2021 and March 31, 2021, they are encouraged to take their vehicle to the nearest Ford dealership and allow professionals to make necessary changes.
According to KSWO, other related vehicles may be "2021 Expeditions, F-250s, and F-350s from 2021 to 2022."
