New FX Show Filmed in Oklahoma “Reservation Dogs” Released
If you haven't seen the new show "Reservation Dogs" on the FX network, it's also available to stream on Hulu, you have to check it out! The new show is filmed right here in Oklahoma. Most of it is being filmed in Okmulgee and in the Tulsa area. The show is about a group of Native American teenagers growing up on a reservation. It's kind of a dark, coming of age comedy with lots of action, laughs and unforgettable moments.
There are 2 episodes of "Reservation Dogs" on Hulu that you can stream. Hit play, you won't regret it! I can see this show easily becoming a HUGE HIT on both FX and Hulu. It's already a favorite of mine and I'm anxiously awaiting the next new episode. So when will it be released? It's looking like episode 3 will be released this Sunday, August 15th (08-15-21). I know what I'll be up to Sunday night. I'm not too sure if it will always be Sundays, but it will be this week. It should be available to stream at 11:00pm CST.
Watch the trailer above to get a sneak peek of what the show is all about. The cast is incredible and from major to minor characters they're all amazing, not to mention funny as hell. Along with all the comedy and action there's deeper meanings and all kinds of messages throughout each episode as well. Now I don't want to be the spoiler guy or reveal too much, but the Spirit Warrior had me rolling! You'll see him in the trailer above so I didn't ruin anything for you. He's hilarious and is featured in the first 2 episodes.
It's also great to see Zahn McClarnon again. His character in "Reservation Dogs," Officer Big is epic! Normally you don't see him do a lot of comedy, but he more than holds his own on the new show. His dry humor and timing is fantastic. As if that wasn't enough there's Lil Mike and Funny Bone! The entire cast is amazing and I can't wait to see all the madness and shenanigans the gang gets into. I give it two thumbs up!
