So exactly how does one rank each state by how lucky or unlucky they are? The Zippa.com Survey used all kinds of factors to determine just how lucky or unlucky each state is.
Oklahoma was ranked at #3 in the top 10 list of the unluckiest states in the Nation
It included how likely you are to win the lottery and unemployment rates. The average life expectancy, job opportunities, the average individual income of citizens, car and weather fatalities, and the overall healthiness of the state.
