New & Exciting Rails On Wheels Experience Coming to OKC

Finally, those Oklahoma temps are coming down low enough that we can actually enjoy doing some fun things outside. Right around this time of year, the pumpkin patches and petting zoos are full of families, but where can you go for a different kind of experience without the crowd? Maybe this new railroad experience in Oklahoma City will fit the bill.

New Rail Bike Tour in OKC

During this Fall, the family can take a tour of the railways in Oklahoma City in a whole new way. The Railway Museum is offering a limited time rail biking tour. It's available for all ages and tickets start at $45 for adults. Children older than 2 years old are not able to ride on their parents laps and will need a seat of their own.

These rails are powered by you pedaling your feet, so make sure you come ready for a short lived workout, as there is a small incline on the route.

You'll be guided by a train operator who'll give you a run down of the history of the area and the rail bikes.

If you aren't able to schedule a fall experience, the Museum will also be offering rail tours in February of 2025.
