Serial Bully Banned From School – Do You Agree? [VIDEO]

When you send your kids off to school in the morning, you are thinking about the education that awaits them. 

What you are not expecting is for your child to be bullied, or even worse hurt. Such as the case of a young girl in Jacksonville, Florida.

The 14 year old eighth grader (Aria) was attacked outside of school while an approximately 30 other kids watched and several used their cell phones to film the mele.

Aria suffered a fractured skull in the event and was hospitalized and her attacker arrested. Her parents went to court to seek an injunction against the attacker. What they got was far more than they expected and even surprised them.

Judge Henry Davis from the Florida Circuit Court ruled "This child is a threat to all of the children at any school. The injunction is a permanent injunction barring this child from returning to any public school in Duval County."

This ruling immediately got a response of disagreement  from the Superintendent of Duval County Public Schools Nikolai Vitti - "I don't think we should use the bad decision that children make outside of school as an example or scapegoat to make a message."

He went on to say that everyone including the child in question who started the attack and caused bodily harm, deserves an education. Meanwhile the unnamed girl who attacked Aria has a lawyer trying to get her reinstated into the school system.
